Initial was set up in 2001 and represents a mid-size record store in musical styles and tastes.

The trackrecords of the 5 bandmembers show obscure gothic and punkrock bands, blues and jazz combos, pop and rockbands, a funkband and even "the headlines". All these roots are chopped into small bits, mixed with a fair amount of "open mind" in to pop-rock.

Drenched in Petra's lyrics they are served as "Songs about the pain of the female human being". Loneliness, pain, heartache, hope and desire...with an edge.
