Willy Vann was born in Louvain, Belgium, 1953 on a kitchen table. He wanted to learn to play the guitar at the age of 15 after hearing Hank Marvin. He used to practice 10 hours a day for many years and was rarely seen without a guitar in his hands .
His main influences are Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Al Di Meola, Joe Pass, Melvin Taylor, SRV, Buddy Guy, Philip Catherine, Steve Howe among others. He played in countless rock, pop, buesbands and jazz trios.His style is a combination of the blues feel, the jazz technique and flamenco passion.
Lenny Caine (Antwerp) : lead vocals and guitar. This outstanding performer played with the late Ferre Rignard and Jerry Lee Lewis. In 1978 he left Belgium for New York to play with Marvin Gaye for a few years and do studio gigs. Back in Belgium Lenny joins Eastern
Wind and Tequila Sunrise.
